FAQ

What are the age limits?

Children must be at least 30 months (2.5 years) to sign up. No exceptions will be made. Right now, children may attend until they turn 7. Stayed tuned for potential offerings for older kids!

Does my child need to be potty trained?

Potty training is not a requirement for attendance. Please let us know if your child is working towards this goal so we can assist if possible.

Is the program held outside all year?

We strive to keep classes outside as much as possible. During inclement weather or on very cold days, activities will shift undercover or indoors for a portion of the time. However, each day will include plenty of outside time, so please dress appropriately. Raincoats, boots, hats, gloves, and warm, water resistant jackets and pants are important when the weather shifts.

What is the student-teacher ratio?

There is one adult for every eight children. The maximum amount of kids is 16.

What adults are present?

Leah is the primary adult present for each camp. On days that include more than 8 children, an assistant is present as well. Adult assistants often have previous teaching experience. All assistants have a current background check.

What should my child bring?

Please pack a nut-free snack, water bottle, and change of clothes. Your child should wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals or Crocs). It’s best to apply sunscreen and bug spray before drop off, as teachers can’t apply these. On cold days, a coat is required. Hats and gloves are strongly recommended so your child can participate to the fullest.
